Chef of the Year
An exciting new competition is being held in June by the Tasmanian Hospitality Association.

Local chefs will have the opportunity to compete for the prestigious title of Chef of the Year as part of the 2015 Awards for Excellence. Competition events are being held at Tas Tafe Drysdale facilities in Devonport, Launceston & Hobart throughout June - schedule as follows:
Monday, 15 June - TAFE building Launceston
Tuesday, 16 June - TAFE building Devonport Monday, 22 June - TAFE building Hobart
$100 entry fee on application - FULLY REFUNDED post participation in the competition.
Serve 12 covers - comprising entree using Huon Aquaculture salmon & main using Flinders Island Lamb.
Entries close on Friday, 05 June, so all good cooks & chefs, get your forms in so we have a great representation from Northern Tasmania.
