BADGER & BOOTS
Badger & Boots has taken over the now closed, Messiah Café, 46 George St. Serving the extremely popular Zimmah brand of coffee, handmade cakes, biscuits, wraps & pidés in a cosy atmosphere conducive to long stays. A kid's corner with colouring in, children's classic novels & amusements, together with books and board games, the perfect spot to while away some time. Future plans include free wifi & cocktail lounge bar for after works drinks.
NEW!! THE CINNAMON CLUB
An Indian Restaurant, the Cinnamon Club, has opened at 1-3 Cuisine Lane (off Brisbane St., Village Cinema end) and open nightly Tuesday to Sunday from 5pm. Not associated with the Cinnamon Cafe & Restaurant (Indian restaurant in Jimmy's Car Park just off Charles St.), just bearing a similar name.

THE GLUTEN FREE ROOM in Elizabeth St., has sadly closed its doors.
MINH BUU has announced they have sold their business and are relocating to the south of the State. The only Yum Cha offering in Launceston, hopefully the new owners will continue this tradition.
