A Light Friday Lunch @ Pierre's
Spring is definitely in the air & this was my choice when faced w/ a tempting menu @ Pierre's Brasserie.
A stunning looking plate consisting of hot smoked Tasmanian salmon, cucumber, horseradish créme fraiche & lotus root crisp, it certainly tasted as good as it looked! Accompanied by a Clover Hill Sparkling Wine, this was quite suffice for a light lunch or starter.
