Mushroom Tortellini w/ lemongrass beurre blanc, warm roasted heirloom tomato and herbs
Before this dish disappears from the menu, I'm so pleased to have finally tried it. It's been in my sight for all of winter, so it was probably a last chance to to taste & savour something that has appealed to me for the past few months. And boy I'm glad I did! Just a hint of lemongrass, which was pleasing - as I was wondering whether it would be too strong a flavour with the superbly crafted tortellini. The Manu Walnut bread was the perfect 'mopper upper' of the fabulous sauce. Sean Keating will be leaving Josef Chromy at the end of September 2014
