Oyster Bliss ...

For those who love oysters - and I'm a huge fan - Cataract on Paterson source the freshest & the best. These beautifully plump oysters were succulent with a citrus & shallot dressing hit the taste buds perfectly - couldn't ask for a more balanced flavour. And what about a Bloody Mary Oyster Shooter or 2? Bingo, down it goes - with enough zing to make it well worth your while. The 3rd choice for our Oysters was traditional Kilpatrick style & I thought I'd eaten the best Kilpatrick I'd had in many years a couple of weeks back, but unless I had them side by side, I wouldn't know which were better. Fantastic offerings at Cataract on Paterson, as usual, taking full advantage of the freshest local produce available ensuring a great time out!
