Sassafras Confit Chicken on a Pumpkin & White Miso Puree was the flavour of the day at Josef Chromy Restaurant. A lazy Sunday afternoon - blue skies - peaceful surroundings BUT very busy which staff handled effortlessly. The roasted hazelnuts accompanying this dish added a crunchy element, together with the crispy chicken skin & the silky smooth white milk cheese blended well for an overall flavoursome dish.
